Registration Information

Please read the information below as it will aid you in navigating through the step by step process. Please note that you will be creating the ADMINISTRATOR's account for your organization or business.

The Administrator's Account will allow you to create and manage user accounts and set security permissions for bidding and viewing details of projects.

Please contact your agent, who must register with Insure Vision or Blair Business Systems to setup an electronic bid bond. Bidders are responsible to determine any additional registration or system requirements for electronic bid bond execution imposed by their agent’s choice of bonding system.

Business Partner Registration is a two-part process that involves both the paper registration and the electronic registration.

Steps to Become a Business Partner

1) View and print the Business Partner Agreement (opens new window)(Adobe PDF format)  Get Acrobat Reader

2) Please fill-in the Business Partner Agreement (leaving Agreement # and UserID Code blank) and mail two (2) paper copies to either address below:
